Product Overview

Small Improvements was founded by Per Fragemann in March 2011 having its headquarter in Berlin. It consists four modules from performance reviews which are between employee and manager, leading up to the official performance review. It also allows setting up 360 degree reviews where one can nominate others to provide feedback. Manager will have the control to approve or modify the reviewer list. It then sends notification to coworkers for providing feedback. HR can even make feedback anonymous. It also helps in defining deadlines too The Continuous Feedback module is similar to microblogging services like Yammer where one can share news, and even use to discuss ideas and share feedback. This feedback can be filtered during the next review. The fourth module helps in writing and organizing goals and personal objectives. Goals can be kept private and can also be shared allowing others to provide feedback and help you achieve.
